The Story
On a bitterly cold winter day, a young girl loses her mitten in the snow. While the mitten is lost to her, it is quickly found by a series of shivering animals who, one by one, take refuge inside its wooly warmth. As they huddle together, the animals meet and talk about the harshness of winter and their snowy forest home. Through this chance encounter, they experience the beauty of sharing and tolerance, ultimately discovering the true value of friendship

The performance features original half masks created by artist Tracey Boot, which provide vibrant touches of colour against the wintry setting

The action takes place in front of a frosty, white, and contemporary forest backdrop hand-painted by artist Geneviève Joannin.
